Who we are

Profit Engine is operated by SIA UpLift, registration number LV40203325641, Enas street 7, Riga, Latvia (“we”). We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: hello@profitengine.uk.

What we collect and why

• Waitlist signups: your name, work email, company name, number of crews and, if you choose, your phone number. We use these to keep your place on the waitlist, send your founding-member code and launch updates, and arrange your onboarding. Legal basis: your consent and steps you ask us to take before a contract.
• Demo bookings: the details you give when booking a call, used only to hold the call.
• Campaign source: if you arrive from an ad or link, we record its campaign name (UTM tags) with your signup so we know which channels work.

We don’t sell your data, we don’t buy lists, and we don’t scrape data from anywhere.

Who processes it for us

• Supabase (database, EU region)
• Vercel (website hosting)
• Resend (sending emails)
• Cal.com (demo bookings)
• Meta Platforms (advertising measurement, only if you accept marketing cookies)

How long we keep it

Until launch plus 12 months, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time. Just email hello@profitengine.uk. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).

Cookies

• Essential: we remember your cookie choice in your browser’s storage. This is always on.
• Marketing (optional): the Meta Pixel, which measures which ads bring visitors here. It loads only after you click “Accept”, and never before.
